This diagram places the Tree of Life within the classical geometry of the human form — the same circle and square that frame Vitruvian Man, with the pentagram of the five points of the body and the cross of Tau marking the vertical axis of the spine and the horizontal of the outstretched arms. The ten Sephiroth are positioned so that they fall on the intersections of this sacred geometry: Kether at the crown, Chesed and Geburah on the horizontal of the shoulders, Tiphareth at the heart-center of the circle, and Malkuth at the feet, on the lower pentagram line.
Above the Crown rise the three Veils of Negative Existence — Ein Sof Aur, Ein Sof, and Ein — the limitless light, the infinite, and the no-thing, receding into the unmanifest.
